Even though my car finally got fixed correctly it took almost 10 weeks to get it done and four trips there. The end product was great but it shouldn't require the car having to keep returning to get fix correctly.

Each time someone would give us an update on the progress and when we could expect it to be done we got different answers and the deadlines we were given were never met. Always told it'll be done in 2-3 days...which came and went.
