Sammie was great! She went above and beyond for the BEST customer service. On the other hand, I was VERY UNSATISFIED with how long it took to get called back TO ACTUALLY Set Up An appointment TO bring my car in. My car also took much longer than it was supposed to, which I understand things comes up;but I specifically asked to ensure it would be done as I had a long drive to make that evening. Again, Sammie was great, but I was very upset with the the lack of customer service and things getting done in a timely manner.

Sammie was great; she went above and beyond to provide the best customer service. I was Highly disappointed with Lee Georgeson. He took a long time to get ahold, didn't return my phone calls and they were not going to have my car done in time when I had a long road tripped planned, when they knew I needed my car early the day they said it would be ready. If my calls would've been returned I could've gotten my car in earlier without no worry. It seemed very unprofessional to have the customer call and leave messages/send emails with no response. Again, Sammie was great and really thinks she needs to be recognized for her outstanding work!

I did not inspect the vehicle when I picked it up. I later found the air filter lid had not been latched and it made a sound hitting the vehicle. I don't know of other problems, but we are having it looked at by another shop as it is making sounds, perhaps related to not being properly repaired.
