Not after the follow up on my car was not completed

Front price on grill did not get replaced bumper is not in correctly hood not aligned with fenders. Had an appointment 8 am this Monday morning. Door was locked waited 10 minutes still not unlocked. I was to be shuttled to work so my car could go back in again and be properly fixed. Called Mr Loos left a message at 10am still waiting for a response
