From the day we dropped off our vehicle the communication and response time was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. The repairs were done in less then 3 days and they used OEM parts on everything. Very pleased with the entire process and I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs collision repairs.

NOT GOOD it took 5 months for them to order the parts. Then i was told to bring my truck in and it took 6 weeks for them to fix it because they didn't have all the parts. NOT EVERY HAPPY .

Several weeks went by and I was told my car was totaled. After that, Several weeks went by with no communication and was told my car was fixable but needed extra parts after I called to check the status. Several more weeks went by pending waiting. Called several more time checking status with no callback. My car was there over 2 months, with only a 30 day rental. Car looks great after all of that but felt communication could have been way better.
