The crew at Hynes is professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They are honest with their evaluations with what damage needs to be fixed. They work on a timeline that benefits the customer. I would NEVER take my car anywhere else to be fixed. Their work ethic is exceptional; they check and recheck their work making sure everything is fixed right. Communication between them and their customers is right on the money. They keep you knowing what progress has been made, let you know if anything unexpectedly came up, order and receive parts in a timely manner, work diligently, and are proud of their workmanship. Honestly I can’t thank them enough for how they worked with me on my vehicle’s repairs.
