I had an excellent experience with Ross at I Care Body Shop. From the beginning, he took the time to listen to my situation, explain my options, and help me understand how to navigate both the body shop and insurance side of the process. His knowledge and advice were incredibly helpful. What stood out most was that Ross truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, even when I ultimately did not have all of the repair work completed. I never felt like I was just another customer or repair ticket. He genuinely cared about helping me get the best outcome for my situation. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful. I would absolutely recommend Ross and I Care Body Shop to anyone needing collision repair or help navigating an insurance claim.

Paint overspray all over the car and the windows had to be scraped-not sure how to handle the overspray on the body though. Whoever got in and out of the car sliced the steering wheel and the console lid (corner). Drivers side window tint was scratched, BUT, Ross made arrangements for the tint guy to come to my house and repair-I very much appreciated that!!!

Absolute wonderful staff inside the office!! Ross was a pleasure to work with and jumped through all the hoops to get my repairs approved by Progressive!! Ashley at the front is on top of everything! She does her job well and makes everything so easy to handle!
