Hello sir/madam Thank you for your service. However, after picking up my vehicle and driving it, I found that the sensor system was still not working properly. After driving a short distance and reaching an intersection, the vehicle began beeping. You accepted full responsibility for the repair based on your estimate and assured me the vehicle would be fully repaired. You also said your work was guaranteed. Unfortunately, the vehicle is still not completely fixed. Did you test-drive and thoroughly inspect the vehicle before returning it to me? This is now the second time I have had to raise to different problem. Each time I leave my vehicle with you again, I lose valuable time and income. As someone who depends on this vehicle for work, I need to know who will compensate me for that loss. Running a business also means standing behind the quality of your work. I do not understand why the repair was left incomplete after you accepted full responsibility and guaranteed it. I need the vehicle repaired completely and properly. I will bring it back to your shop tomorrow. Please make sure it is fully repaired, thoroughly inspected, and test-driven before returning it to me. If the same problem happens again after this repair, I will have no choice but to pursue further action. Thank you.

I had an amazing experience with Ideal Body Shop in Elmhurst. They completed my repairs 2 days ahead of schedule, and when I picked up my car, it looked absolutely brand new. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. A huge thank you to Ray, the manager, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and truly knows how to take care of customers. He even helped fix an issue with my rear bumper that existed before the accident and rotated my tires as a courtesy. That level of service is hard to find these days. The front desk staff was also fantastic—very responsive, quick to answer questions, and great at keeping me updated. The entire process was incredibly efficient. Dropping off my car took about 10 minutes, and picking it up was just as quick. To top it all off, they stand behind their work with a lifetime warranty, which gave me even more confidence in the repairs. Excellent craftsmanship, outstanding customer service, fast turnaround, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back here for future body work and will gladly recommend Ideal Body Shop to friends and family. Highly recommend!
