Unfortunately this was my 2nd trip to Ideal. I choose there services because of the awesome job they did on my 1st vehicle back in March of 2025. Due to an act of nature this July my second vehicle had to get work done and ideal nailed it again. The parts arrived quickly, the paint job was spot on, the customer service was excellent. They addressed all of my questions and concerns and they even were able to get my windshield replace by Jeep. The only downside, they were unable to replace my tints. God willing I would never need to use Ideal services again but If you require quality work and great timely services Ideal is highly recommended 👌
