The body work has been excellent and for mechanical issues Ideal has provided good resources. I have experienced a failure of an AC condenser in less than one year after replacement with multiple pinpoint leaks discovered only after three replacements of refrigerant and dye. This was a defective part which could have been the fault of their supplier.

Amazing job on my car - the scratch on my bumper and wheel well was nowhere to be found. In addition it was cleaned inside and out. Will return for any future needs.
