The customer service was excellent they keep in contact with me the whole time from start to finish even with the rental I had the had someone take me to the rental place and when my car was done they had someone drop me back off to their shop The repairs was amazing it look like nothing ever happened. Repair was well done. My front license plate was mangled so Ideal straightened it out but could have placed it in a license plate holder before affixing to the car for aesthetics.

Communication was good but the company policies are not customer friendly whatsoever. Why are “cash or Zelle” the only options to pay without incurring a ridiculous service charge? That is bizarre. I couldn’t even Zelle the total amount due because it exceeded daily limit. Makes no sense.

I used ideal through my insurance company to replace my catalytic converter because it got stolen the week of Thanksgiving. They replaced it within a day and kept me updated throughout. I definitely recommend coming here. They are efficient and reliable.

Thank you so much for the wonderful service! Above and beyond. I went in with a broken window, glass everywhere, and they fixed the window, cleaned every glass shard out of my car (they were everywhere!) and filled my tires for free. They were speedy and affordable. I'm very happy and will go back next time I need work done on my car. Thank you!!
