I had the pleasure of dealing with Calvin. He took great care of me. I pick up my car the first time and they had repair it and wash and clean Inside and out, but when I left still was hearing a noise in the steering. I called Calvin and he told me to bring it bk the weekend. I did judt that, and Calvin and his mechanic took car of the problem. I picked up my car again it was washed and clean inside and out again and no noise in the steering. Problem was fixed. I would definitely recommend Ideal Auto. Great experience and very professional and polite staff complementary coffee as well while u wait for paperwork. My car was a 2023 Toyota Rav 4 white.
