the rear bumper connection to the rear tire cowling on both sides is not seated properly. the bumper is sticking out from where it should be flush.

For body repair work yes I think your service fees are outrageous as I paid $625 for a battery installation which is a little over the top in my opinion so I would be hesitant to bring it back for Service knowing I was gonna spend a fortune.
