The repair to my car makes the car look as if it was never in an accident. My car was hit in the parking lot when I was not in the car and the paint match and the repair is spot on like honestly you can not even tell it ever happened.

The car repair was brilliant. Great paint job too. And the car was cleaner, vacuumed and washed from the looks of it. Picking up the car there was a small glitch finding the paperwork though. Nothing major

Overall, most everyone was courteous and kind. I did observe one individual needs more training in courtesy. When I picked up my vehicle I was almost hit by a placard of some sort because somebody had clocked out, leaving one person to find the paperwork and keys. She had a meltdown. Very unprofessional
