We were totally satisfied with the entire process for the repair of our car. This includes the estimate process which includes the shops work with the insurance company. The repair was completed on time or actually a few days early. The work appears to be of excellent quality and consistent with the number of times our family has used Imperial Body Shop. Greg Taylor was excellent throughout the entire process including frequent communication. Finally the car was provided with a really thorough cleaning which was a great touch and so greatly appreciated.
