After my experience, there is no where else I would ever trust to do any body repair to any of my vehicles. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt considering what they had to go through with the insurance company. They went above and beyond what was expected to assure I was satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of any of the services they offer. Oh and I took my truck in dirty and got it back detailed. This company works off of old school integrity and standards, there is none better

I received regular updates on parts, approval, and progress so I was never left wondering what was going on. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what work was being done on my vehicle. When I picked up my car, it was clean inside and out, and you would never know it had been in a collision. Turnaround time was reasonable, and there were no surprise charges on the final bill. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Imperial Collision again and will recommend them to friends and family.
