I had an outstanding experience with this auto collision shop. From the first phone call to picking up my car, the communication was clear, honest, and professional. They worked directly with my insurance company, explained every step of the repair process, and never made me feel rushed or confused. The quality of the body work and paint is incredible – you’d never know the vehicle was in an accident, the color match and panel fit are perfect. They finished the repairs when promised, kept me updated with calls and photos, and even detailed the car before I picked it up. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in what they do; I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this shop to friends and family for any collision repair needs

After much research to try and find the best body shop I chose Imperial Collision to intrust with the body work on my car. I am 100 % satisfied with the quality of body repair. They were very upfront with everything, including giving me some information on how insurance would be handled and what to expect before I even left my car in their care. They kept me well informed and updated on how repairs were going and when I could expect to get my car back. They even had my car ready a bit earlier then the quoted day given at the start of everything. I highly recommend Imperial Collision in Huntsville. Top notch body work.
