We take walk in estimates and are able to submit photos along with our detailed estimate directly to your insurance. We are dedicated to making your vehicle repair as simple as possible. We understand being without your vehicle can be tough, our expert technicians will repair your car, truck, van, or SUV to OEM standards in a timely manner. We utilize OEM parts, factory repair procedures, and we will work with any insurance company. We also use Axalta refinishing products which carry an 'as long as you own your vehicle' warranty.

Talked to Brian, received my estimate and once I gave his info to my insurance company didn't have to deal with anyone until it was finished. Did everything I asked and more. This is not the first time I have used him and am not disappointed.

Quality of work seems to be a 10 so far. The only reason I downgraded to an 8 is a problem common to too many businesses - lack of communication. I had to call in for updates rather than them being provided. As I was in a rental car, I wanted to know how much longer I needed it, and should have received updated without the need to call in myself. I received a text message acknowledging my vehicle was found at drop off, and it said I would receive further updates, but none were forthcoming. The people were very friendly and professional in their work.

When I first heard from my insurance that I had two options. I instantly went for in-line only because the named sounded cool. Keep in mind I'm 18, so I took it there expecting really just the bare minimum. But when I got my car back after a week and a half I was surprised, they did not only fix my car they also washed it and cleans my floor mats. The next day I noticed some issues with the door locking control panel and my side marker , but I just called and they said bring it in and we'll have a look at it. They were quick it took them like 10 mins to fix both and now my car is back to normal. If you need any repairs I highly recommend In-line not only for the great service but for the friendly staff.

The body shop is still waiting on a couple rubber strips to install when they come in and then clean the headliner which they smudged. I think on the worked on it but no big deal
