I had found left in the trunk of my car foam wrapping. Left jammed in behind the rear seats. ( after I picked up the car ) Scott Kramer displays professionalism , excellent interpersonal skills and is an asset to independence. He took care of the removal of the wrappings He communicated the status of the car repairs. And answered all inquires appropriately. When he had been doing hands on car repairs many years. ago We had a problem with a radio code for our Acura. That was being repaired. Even at that time he was one that did quite a bit of calling and researching how to obtain a new code. It was a complicated situation. That is an employee that you want to be one of the first contacts when cars are brought in for body shop work , repairs. Work. was done nicely done. Scored 10 because the trash left behind was removed.at once.
