The text message of when my car would be ready changed 6 times totally unacceptable every time you told me my car would be ready I made plans to pick it up causing me an inconvenience from August 28 the day you said it would be ready to Sept 4 when I picked it up

I was hastened to leave car for repair. Forgot $425 silk top in back in trunk & it was stolen by the time I was allowed to return for it. Part took weeks to get until my rental insurance ended & I had to return for a loaner (which I appreciated). Was told to text body office but no one there answered my texts.
