The car looked like it was brand new when I picked it up. You would’ve never known there was any damage. I also appreciate them for shining or polishing the wheels and filling up the tires with air. I believe the psi was at 35 and 36 when I took the car in. When I picked them up, they were at 39 psi. I’m glad I chose to take my car the here

They did a great job updating me every Tuesday and Thursday. If I had questions they would answer them to the best of their knowledge. I also appreciate them for leaving voicemails with updates when I couldn’t answer my phone.

Didn’t fully get the car right. The representative who walked me around the car to see repairs Said i would have to go and get a clear coat put on the paint job they did within the next few months. Didn’t fully restore the color on passenger side back quarter panel and said “if we buffed anymore it would mess up the paint. So if you want that done, come back through here and we’ll do it for 1500”. Crazy, they had my car for half a month (weekends not included) and pretty much told me the job was unfinished in other words. Hence “you have to get a clear coat put on within the next few months” “if you want that back quarter panel done, come back through and we’ll do it for 1500”.

The work on my vehicle was excellent and so was customer service. What I didn't like is I could have been riding my vehicle until all the parts camein. So that made me kick out more money for a rental.
