It was clear that I.C. had experience with the repair I needed-- familiarity with my car and that part. The effort to get the color exactly right was impressive. Everything moved along efficiently from estimate to eventual completion. The expert and Jan in the office were pleasant to deal with. The competancy mattered, but so did the courtesy. My wait while the work was completed was short and the result most pleasing. It was an extra to be reassured that all would be well. The cost seemed fair. It was all together as easy as an auto body shop stint could be. I highly recommend Integrated Collision.
