My experience during the recent repair of my 2022 Ford Explorer by integrated collision was Excellent. When I initially dropped off the vehicle, James gave me 30 minutes of his time to explain the repair process. He also gave me periodic updates on the progress for the repairs. Additionally, I was extremely pleased to hear that the vehicle would be Completed several days ahead of schedule. When I picked up the car, it was beautiful and detailed inside and out. Further, when I took delivery, I inspected the vehicle in the company of the owner, Joe Schmitz. The Experience was perfect and I would never hesitate utilizing the services of Integrated Collision or recommended it to a friend. Thanks again for the service. Rick .
