The whole staff was extremely professional. I called several times to clarify questions and establish the timeline I was to bring the car to the body shop never made me feel as if it was a bothersome attitude from the staff. Upon arrival, I was greeted professionally and walked through the process of my check-in with ease. The car rental place was even called on my behalf by the staff without putting it off on my part.

Everyone was wonderful. Great service. Only complaint was they did nothing for my headlight that had a big scratch in it from the accident. I have been very busy and didn’t call yet. But I don’t understand why they wouldn’t fix the headlight. Other then that I would give a 10.
