I am satisfied with the repair that they did it was a 10 but what made me go from a 10 to 6 was the matter of when i got my car back from it being repaired on i found 3 problems that rose that werent there beforehand. 1 is that i noticed my passenger outside mirror was fixed in a upright position. 2 is that when I turn my right turn signal on my passenger mirror starts to move automatically on its own nonstop until My turn signal turns off 3. My passenger side headlight is now non functioning

I was blindsided when I walked into to pay for car repair that I had two insurance claims to pay a deductible of $250 each. We did not know this. Our insurance adjuster did not advise as there was no communications with her specifically. Whom represents us. As a result, I was very irritated after paying both deductibles. I was on the phone for an hour in this repair establishment with our insurance company to get the facts. The staff of this repair facility were extremely professional and kind in dealing with my anger as I thought they were possibly taking advantage of me by paying 2 claims. Of course this was no the case. However, being suspected of this in the moment, the staff team gently and in detail explained there were 2 claims in a professional manner. I applaud all of them… a kind staff in the face of us rude Customers is extremely rare and of great value. My advice… hang tightly to this staff for folks like this are hard to come by. Much appreciated… thank you Team. My car looks amazing it was clean inside and outside. I would most certainly recommend this car repair facility.
