I understand your supply chain problems, but if you don’t address it, it will get worse. Repairs took longer than estimated. Communication is very good. Panel alignment is off, but good enough. Paint on the bumper cover isn’t very good. Thanks for fixing the car.

Car was damaged while in thr possession of the repair shop. I have to make another claim for new damage. Hail damage. Person who worked on my vehicle said it was left outside during the storm

Thank you for fixing my truck from the accident I have. But you also left it out during a storm and now I have to pay another claim to get that fixed. If my vehicle was done, I wish you would tell me so I can pick it up and park it in my garage. Instead of telling me the next day
