Everyone was great. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Although I didn't have any direct conversations with repair workers, they still were friendly when we crossed paths (one worker opened the door for me even though he didn't have to). Also the ongoing email communication was very good. Thanks everybody!

Hi.. I regret I do not recall the young lady that I worked with. I am pretty sure she was of Spanish heritage. She was really nice and very professional and seem very concerned with my situation. I hope I never need to come back, but I would if needed. The you man was very polite as well that showed me to my vehicle. I know he had a beard and very easy on the eyes. He professional and very friendly. (smile)
