Lizy was very rude to say the list. I was refered through my insurance to their shop while we where in the process Lizy gave an okay for the car to be repaired without getting confirmation to repair from me. The car was repaired and the insurance company said they will pay part of it. Now, I am stuck! I can't take my car without paying what ever the insurance company didn't pay, i am not talking deductible. I asked why she repaired my car without my permission, that was when she called me a fraud. I couldn't shop around, compare prices or forget fixing it since it wasn't an emergency. When I took my car I was expecting to get the estimation so I could decide what to do, but it was impossible for me. I am making a long drama short. When I went to get my car I talked to a very decent guy at the front desk. He said they will talk with her, I didn't hear from them.

Form time time I first called to the time I picked up the vehicle I felt valued. A sign on their reception wall stated it the best about a locally owned establishment. I can tell they live by that too.
