Other than the car rental miscommunications ... I would highly recommend Irish Collision for the quality of work done and for customer service.

I am completely satisfied with the work done. However, I wish I had been given some aftercare information. I have been told not to go through a car wash for the first month and not to have wax added to wash for at least 6-8 weeks.

The rental car place was communicating with Irish Collision. According to the insurance company, communication should have been between the insurance company and rental car. Two Enterprise locations were notified which created a lot of confusion. I ended up borrowing a car. Otherwise ... the customer service was friendly and very helpful!
