Jamie has been great to work with and I appreciate the effort on their part. That said, I do understand the initial figure was only an estimate, but a call once it became clear the cost would exceed that estimate would have been very helpful—especially since I was paying out of pocket. Instead, I had to call back multiple times for updates, which was frustrating. Proactive communication from your team would have made the process much smoother.
