I’m out of the state and haven’t used the car all.Remains in the indoor garage since picked up. However, there seems to be issues with the passenger door very diff to close and informed about this issue on the picked up day. But other than that haven’t have not used my at all.

Initially they didn't tell me how long the process would take, but I informed them I was moving to a different state and needed my car back asap. I asked them if Jan 2nd it would be done, they said maybe but no promises. I called back Jan 5 to get an update and asked them if it would be done that week, they said absolutely not. I explained that I was moving and had my job interview in the state I was moving, I told them to just give me my car back how it was and that I didn't want any repairs done to it, they told me no. That same day they called me back saying all the pieces for the car came in and to give them one more week. I called back next week Tuesday, they said they're working on it and to call back Thursday for an update. Thursday comes and I told that actually all the pieces came in today and that it should be ready by next week. I was lied to over and over again, I definitely didn't appreciate that but they did a great job at repairing the vehicle.

Car looks brand new. Only thing was , I was not shown the work. I guess a walk around discussing the work. The car was just there. Paid my deductible and go. I had asked also if they could take care of a few scratches but I guess they could not. But the work done was very good. For almost 13 thousand job I felt the scratches could have been taking cared of.
