First the rear bumper color is off the shade difference is visible at night and the seams stick out on the driver's side but not the passenger side, the muffler that was supposedly replaced looks like it was dropped because the tip has a sharp bend and looks damaged I was told that it was factory form a quick Google search of the part shows that to not be true. And The drivers rear seat back fell off during the wreck and i was told that they'd look into it so I thought they fixed it, well they just placed the broken piece so it would appear that it was fixed but it's still broken because it fell off while I was driving home! I've done business and have had good experiences with this shop in the past so I was a bit shocked.

I think the guy that helped me knew that this one was done poorly, he just offered to have it fixed on the spot as I pointed out the blemishes but was nice and respectful.
