Excellent experience from start to finish. The repairs were top-notch, and my car looked great when I picked it up. What impressed me most was their communication. They kept me updated, answered my questions, and made the entire process easy to understand. Everyone was courteous, organized, and clearly knew the insurance and repair process inside and out. I also post this review on Google I went to J & E Auto Body after my car was hit in a parking lot. The person responsible for the damage recommended their shop, and I’m so glad they did. From the beginning, Ines was wonderful. She explained the repair process clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and it’s inspiring to see a woman succeed in an industry that is still mostly male-dominated. She also made the process easy by helping with the rental car and keeping me updated throughout the repair. When I picked up my car, I was thrilled the work was excellent, and my car looked brand new. A special touch was that Ines remembered it was my birthday when I came to pick up the car. That thoughtful gesture made an already great experience even better. Ines shared that J & E Auto Body has been in business for over 50 years and that she has been with the company for more than 15 years. Their experience and dedication truly show. I highly recommend J & E Auto Body for their quality work, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service. I had a great experience.

We were very happy with the results of our car repair and Manny too. We appreciated the text updates on the car. We weren’t happy that the quoted date for the work to be done wasn’t met. We were told to bring it in on a Wednesday, early, which we did, and the work would be done by Friday. Unfortunately, it wasn’t done until Monday and the rental car we had wasn’t good for my wheelchair bound husband and we had to cancel our weekend plans.
