My car looks nice and I’m very pleased with the results. Body work was done due to someone hitting my vehicle. I was disappointed there was a lack of communication. I called to check on the status of the vehicle. It would’ve been nice if I received updates about my vehicle. I was told it would take a week or two but that was all i knew about what was being done.

My car looks great but the low rating is due to the POOR communication. It took 3 weeks of me calling to get an appointment. I was told it would only take a week. I understand things come up which is fine but no one called to update me that’s I wouldn’t be getting my car that Friday. So I called again on Monday and was told it would be done that Friday…..again I had to call at 3 on Friday to see what was going on. You were waiting on a part(again which is out of your control) but you could’ve called to communicate that with me I would’ve been understanding but instead I had to call and call to get any answers. Again the car looks great but the lack of communication was a nightmare.
