Chris was very helpful, explaining all that had to be done. I was told it would take about a week but in fact the repair was done in 3 days! When I picked up my car, Chris showed me what they had done and made sure I had no questions before I went home with my good-as-new car. The receptionist (sorry- didn’t catch your name) was also extremely pleasant and took good care of me. Would highly recommend Jack’s to all my friends and neighbors!!

Jacks auto was excellent in the repair job. They went above and beyond keeping me posted as to the progress of my vehicle but also did extra maintenance on my vehicle for a great price. I took my car to Maaco for a similar repair and they took forever to fix my vehicle and overcharge me. Tony from Jacks auto body called me right away when the car was ready. And they also gave me a lifetime warranty. Any other body work I need in the future, I will be heading to Jacks.

The whole process was made easy by the whole team. Once the claim was made the shop reached out to set appointment for estimate which was a breeze from there drop off appointment was made. Constant communication from start to finish was appreciated. The job itself was great vehicle looks like new can not tell that any damage was done.
