I had my car in for two repairs in the past month. The physical body work is great. I have had other cars into Jacks a few years back, same great work. What bothered me this time, when I got the car back the first time, the front rubber mat was filthy, dusty foot marks all over,and dirty marks along door ledge, and to boot, it has a paper floor cover over it! The car was washed, interior detailed clean, but how do you leave the mat and marks as it was? I just let it go. Now you ask for a survey, I just got the car this past friday, and the same situation, I couldn't believe it. I just went home and had to wipe it all out, very unprofessional, but thanks for asking.
