We compete all repairs in-house at our brand-new facility with the latest technology and tools. We have a high resistance spot welder to replicate factory welds. I appreciate that they work directly with my insurance company, so when they start taking the car apart and notice that new brackets or an air conditioning condenser is needed they just fix it and let insurance know. I do not have to be the middleman.

The hood did not fit the pickup ....there are very large gaps on both sides and the front of the hood does not match up to the front of the fenders. When I picked the pickup up, the tech just shrugged and said I would have to live with it and laughed about the fact that it didn't fit. If that was my employee, he would have been fired on the spot. Nobody told me that they were going to use an aftermarket hood in the first place....I wonder what the insurance company was charged for...I'm going to contact my adjuster and find that out

Jakes took good care of me. They took me to my rental car when I dropped off my Nissan and cleaned out the inside of my car. The staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. They definitely went above and beyond with my car. Thank you to the staff. You all were great. I will bring my car back if I need my car to get the auto body fixed.

Waiting for refund on fluid because I had to put in 7 gallons of coolant because someone didn’t feel up my radiator and let me take it with only 12 quarts in a 41 quart system

The damage to our car was not great but it was in a extremely difficult area to work the metal back into perfect shape. Overall a good job and Jake's went to extraordinary lengths to find the proper parts for our 04 German built 330xi. Nothing but thanks for going above and beyond in rebuilding our nice old car!
