My experience was amazing from start to finish. I called to see if I could come in to get an estimate at approximately 445pm and Eric let me come right then and stayed late to complete my estimate. He had it emailed to me the next business day. When I was ready to schedule my repairs Eric was so easy to communicate with and so prompt in his responses. After I scheduled my repairs he talked me through the payment process with insurance and payment for my separate private repairs. About a week before my appointment my windshield caught a rock and crack and I reached out to see if they could squeeze in putting in a new windshield during my scheduled appointment time and he got it all arranged. My repairs were completed in 4.5 days which was very fast and I was kept updated through the process. When I picked my car up it looked amazing and they even cleaned the inside. It was vacuumed and completely wiped down. I was completely satisfied with the services and would recommend Jake’s to everyone! Thanks again!
