JD's is family owned and operated with more than 40 years experience. Our body shop is equipped to repair all damages to your vehicle, standing behind our work. We can supply a towing service, work with all insurance companies. Our mechanics department is also equipped to serve. Our Mechanics are State Certified, hard working, honest men that have your needs and satisfaction as a top priority. All repairs in both departments are done in a timely fashion. Our service priorities: 1. Safety -above all your vehicle must be safe 2. Reliability -Your vehicle must perform properly when you need it 3. Comfort -Confidence in your cars performance brings comfort, that is our goal. We will never try to sell or recommend extra items or services to increase the total amount of your repair bill. JD’s auto took 47 days to fix my dad’s car. During this time they waited till the end of that 47 days to put the car up on the hoist to see if there were any mechanical issues in addition to the collision issues. When I called to get a response and to put some pressure on priority, the receptionist hung up on me. The day after this phone call the car was conveniently ready for pick up. Is that a coincidence? Then a few days after the car was picked up they called to tell us that they accidentally installed the tunnel cover on the truck and they wanted that tunnel cover back. All in all I would not recommend JD’s auto.
