JD's is family owned and operated with more than 40 years experience. Our body shop is equipped to repair all damages to your vehicle, standing behind our work. We can supply a towing service, work with all insurance companies. Our mechanics department is also equipped to serve. Our Mechanics are State Certified, hard working, honest men that have your needs and satisfaction as a top priority. All repairs in both departments are done in a timely fashion. Our service priorities: 1. Safety -above all your vehicle must be safe 2. Reliability -Your vehicle must perform properly when you need it 3. JD’s is top notch quality and customer service. I have brought many vehicle to the shop ober the years and they are batting 100%. They worked with my schedule and understood my need and got the vehicle in and out! The work is guaranteed for life and is the best around. They even detailed my vehicle! I don't think anyone provides the same quality of service as they do! Highly recommend!

I sorry. With the petal to the floor with bad brakes, a youngster would of ststed not to release that vehicle. I think they were trying to impress the insurance company over me.

JD'S Automatative did a nice job on the body work on the vehicle. However they delivered an unsafe vehicle upon pickup. The brakes were not the same upon pickup. I had the brakes inspected by a certified mechanic. My personal mechanic told me that the problem with the vehicle is that a brake line was busted. This must of happened upon impact (the crash). If fiqured this out because I drove the car home after the accident. I asked JDs to check the brakes out and a mechanic called 2 days for delivery and stated that my front brakes and suspension needed replacement and where qoing to charge me 4 times the amount to repair on top of my $1,000 deductible. I was very upset to hear from my mechanic that JD's was going to charge with something that was not the true issue. I knew the impact caused a problem. Why didnt they include the in the total repairs reported to the insurance company. Safety first should be a major priority. I also felt they should of communicated more with vehicles updates. I had to call every week to find what the status was. I am still disappointed.

If a customer calls and raises an issue, thus should be priority. Calling me at the last moment and telling me that i would need an additional $1,500 to prepare a brake job was a nuisance when that wasnt even the issue. I felt like i was being taken by a used car dealer from the past. Not a good feeling.

Very impressed! They called me once a week to keep me updated of repair status. They fixed my car in a third of the time other shops even wanted to start looking at it. The car looks better than before! Clean lines, body panels fit nice and paint all looking good. They even vacuumed and cleaned the carpets and washed the outside. I would recommend JD’s
