Had to call to get updates. When the car was ready found out that a new employee had accidentally put tire shine on the appliqués on my vehicle, which caused me to have to pick up my vehicle two more days later after it had already been there for almost four weeks.

Had to call myself to get any updates regarding insurance or how the repair was coming along. IE if parts were ordered, estimated ready date, how insurance claim was going.

Terrible experience, they took an extremely long time to fix my car. Also, I went to pick it up after they’ve had it for weeks and there was 0 miles left in my tank and my battery was dead. They said “ the battery has been finicky all week” but no one told me about it. I barely made it to a gas station with the 0 gas they left me and my car died there again. I had to get it towed. They never let me know I was having issues with my battery, and I haven’t had one before bringing it there. I also did not bring it with such little gas that would leave me with 0 miles. Extremely unprofessional, lost all future business.

Had my car an entire month, still scratches all over my car plus a few new ones on my driver door. 2 new dents on the interior of my passenger door. Called 6 times within the month span and only 1 of my calls were returned after numerous promises. My car is 6 months old, BRAND NEW. If I had known the dealership was transferring my call to this collision center when I initially made the appointment, I 100% would have picked another shop. I'll never go to another Jeff Wyler facility ever again, trash all the way around.

I picked the car up. Parking sensors do not work. Super cruise does not work. Very disappointed with this work. I've bought cadillac from jeff wyler since 1999. They've serviced all of my vehicles. This is definitely the worst service I've received. Not buying another cadillac. And wyler will never service my car again. Horrible.

I dealt with Charmaine. Worst service writer. Never called or communicated with me. You'd think if someone had your car that long that they would call. I called several times. Often was told I would get a call back. That never happened.
