Very happy except for 1 thing. I had to pay $100.00 to get my damaged wheel rim returned to me which I did not think was right. I thought Michigan Law allowed all used parts to be returned to the customer. Other than that, I must admit I was very impressed with the service.

I would have given a 10, but I had to pay $100.00 to get my used wheel back that I paid $50,000 when I bought the car new. Having to pay to get MY used equipment back does not seem right to me. Especially when I picked your company to do the repairs when I could have gone anywhere else. The repair was good but not the fee to get my rim back.

I don't like the way the piece of plastic guard was put on looks cloudy .. I guess used a a protective for stones or particle that hit a guard .. but don't never had one on passenger back side ??
