I was very upset to notice severe cracks in my windshield on the day I picked the vehicle.. I was told due to rock chips in the windshield was the reason for the chips to spider... The reason I'm not satisfied is because there wasn't any notice of the situation before or after they gave me my car keys and invoice and sent on my way.. it was then when I witnessed the cracks on the windshield. I did not receive a call or was told when I picked up the car of this mess.
