The car was not even started when it should have been finished. I was lied to by the lady that came out and took photos. Then I had to unexpectedly rent a vehicle for a week. Then I was told I could pick the car up and bring it back for a slight adjustment. But when I picked up car I saw they had never even touched the paint. So I had to send them photos Again and have never heard from them again. That was four days ago.

I would definitely recommend Jeffrey's. I've never had an accident and they settle your feelings without taking advantage. They are quick, give you options, and they are very thorough. That is the experience you want if you have to deal with a collision center.
