I’ve been there several times ( unfortunately due to car accidents) I loved that you send email updates but as I was receiving them, they were stating repairs are right on time and gave me a finish date. It also stated I would be notified if anything changed. I called the date it was suppose to be ready and was told it wasn’t. I never received anymore emails after that. I called a few more times until the day it was ready. Other than that, I always receive great customer service. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I will always use your service when needed. ( not too soon hopefully). lol
