They said they would call at 2:00 pm on Friday (they close at 4:00). They didn't call, I had to call them. When I would call with a question, I would have to wait for someone to call back with an answer. I had mentioned several times that my deductible was in the check from insurance, yet still asked to pay it before looking at the amount of the check.
