Worst body shop experience I’ve ever had in my life. This shop should no longer be used. They had to replace a side view mirror and even though it needed to be painted, it shouldn’t have taken 4 full days to complete. They lied to me constantly about my car’s status. They made me wait almost 2 weeks for the part to come in and then had my car for 4 days for a 20-minute install job. Insane.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jeff's Body Shop. Teresa was my company representative. She was timely, friendly, a good communicator, and thorough. I appreciated her prompt text responses. In fact, the entire shop was supportive. The quality of my repairs was excellent, deadlines were met as promised, and my needs were anticipated and met. It was a stress free experience. And as the unexpected cherry on top, I was given a comfortable and courteous ride home and a pick up when my car was finished. I have never had better service...ever! Thank you to the Jeff's team!
