Theresa was great! She was very thorough when I took my vehicle in for an estimate, and provided a clear explanation of the work and repair process. She and the other staff member (I did not catch her name) were friendly and professional when I dropped off and picked up my vehicle. The staff member whose name I didn't catch contacted the rental car company for me to let them know I was on the way (and had offered to arrange a ride to and from the rental office). Excellent customer service from start to finish.

Truly, I was satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. I did talk to Theresa regarding some numbers that was transferred on the hood of my vehicle . She told me how to remove it.
