Car looked great. Only issue was battery cap was taken off and left on passenger side floor. Had no idea what it was so had to take to a friend and he put it back on

I'm not sure at this point. While the owner seemed concerned and you fixed it. There are plenty of other shops in the area to take my business to. The owner should have personally called me when my vehicle was done and when I arrived to pick it up, he should have delivered it to me with his apology. Instead, he was outside, saw me when I arrived, and walked in the other direction around the side of the shop. Awesome.

There were many issues, from the time it took to the first delivery, and additional damage most likely caused by your inexperienced detailer driving it into something and not reporting it to the office. As a detailer, how could you miss the damage.
