The work appears to be done well but now my rear windshield wiper isn't working and the liner on the ceiling is messed up. Likely these weren't direct results of the work but both things happening to to go bad at the time the work being done seems like too much of a coincidence (Something got unplugged and didn't get plugged back in? effected the electricity? Fumes from the work deteriorated the lining? I'm not sure what would have caused those things they were fine before I took the car in and now they are messed up

Art was very nice, informative, and professional. Your office staff is also nice and professional. The only constructive feedback I have, which I know isn't an easy fix, is your parking situation. There just isn't enough room in your lot for all the cars you have going in and out of there. It's a little annoying. But besides that, I think your staff, the way you guys do business, the work you did on the car, and your shop overall is top tier. We appreciate it and will recommend your shop to others in the future. Thank you!!

Excellent work! Besides the great body work, they also washed my car, vacuumed the inside,and cleaned all the windows inside and out. It was like getting a brand new car back! I highly recommend Monterey Auto Body.
