The hood on my GMC had to be adjusted. Also, the mud flap was not on. Both had to be taken care of, and Janel Hogan took care of me.

I thought the dealers body shop would be faster with availability to parts. Not really always the case

The quality of the work was good, but for a tail light and a scratched bumper, it took over two weeks. I got a call finally saying the truck was ready, then got an additional call saying the tech put the broken grip on the top of the bumper. This means an undamaged one needed to be sourced and replaced.
